THE best Zucchini Bread

“I’ll pick that Zucchini tomorrow…”

Anyone else ever regretted that decision? Well, you don’t have to, because those XL zucchinis are the best for bread and boats!

Here is the ONLY Zucchini bread recipe you need…


Farmyard Zucchini Bread

3 Cups all-purpose flour

1 teas salt

1 teas baking powder

1 teas baking soda

1 tbsp cinnamon

3 large eggs

1 cup oil

2 1/4 cups sugar

3 teas vanilla

2 cups grated zucchini


-Preheat Oven to 325

-Grease Bundt Pan

-Sift flour(3 cups), salt(1 teas), baking powder(1teas), baking soda(1 teas) and cinnamon(1 tbsp) together.

-In a separate bowl, beat eggs (3large), oil (1 cup), sugar (2 1/4 cups), vanilla (3teas), and zucchini (2 cups) together.

-Fold in dry ingredients; batter will be very sticky.

-Pour into prepared pan.

-Bake in preheated oven until toothpick comes out clean (about 60 min)

-Let cool just a little, loosen edges and turn over.

-Cut…butter…and ENJOY!!!


***I shred/grate my XL zucchinis and divide into 2cup portions and freeze. After thawing out, there will be lots of liquid with the zucchini, do NOT drain, ad that to the batter with the shredded zucchini!!!
